John Byner is an American comedian and voice actor. He is best known for voicing Ant and Aardvark in the Pink Panther cartoon shorts. He played the IRS agent in Not So Easy Riders and one of the psychologists in A Room With A Bellevue. He's also done additional voices in several other Klasky/Csupo productions inducing Rugrats and Aaah! Real Monsters!
