Lani Minella is an American voice actress. She is best known as the voice of Bubsy in the Bubsy video games and Rouge the Bat in the Sonic the Hedgehog games. She replaced Dana Hill as the voice of Charles in Duckman: The Graphic Adventures of a Private Dick.
