The Mallardian Candidate

Charles and Mambo have crushes on a couple of girls at school and ask Duckman for advice.

He tells them the story of how he and Beatrice met which inspires the twins to talk to their crushes but they end up being thrown in the trash by the girls' cruel boyfriends.

They come back home where Duckman insists they allow him to finish his flashback.

He goes on to explain that Beatrice was married when they began seeing each other and that when he told her husband of the affair it gave him a heart attack and killed him.

Charles and Mambo try this out, telling their bullies that they're in love with their girlfriends, but instead of killing them it just ends up getting the twins beaten up.

When Duckman tells the final part of his story, about being reunited with Beatrice and discovering she's pregnant with Ajax, the twins tell their dad they love him and have the bullies deported by hacking into the government's computer system.

  • This episode explains where Ajax got his name.
  • Much of Duckman's story about meeting Beatrice is a parody of the film The Bridges of Madison County.
  • All the rivals in this episode are chickens.
  • At the start of the funeral flashback, Duckman is seen leaning on a gravestone that reads "Markowitz, Father of All Nations". This is the last name of Michael Markowitz, one of the writers for Duckman: Private Dick/Family Man.

  • This is only one of two episodes where Charles and Mambo actually tell Duckman they love him, the other being Sperms of Endearment.
  • Duckman and Beatrice's wedding is always said to have occurred 18 years ago, but Beatrice already being pregnant with Ajax presents timeline problems.
