Wanda was the prison guard at the Federal Women's Penitentiary where Duckman was accidentally sent in Aged Heat 2. Along with the warden, she ran an illegal dance ring using the inmates. (It was hinted prostitution was involved as well, due to the conjugal visits Duckman recieved from his audience members.) She enjoyed beating the inmates with her large baton for seemingly minor offences. In the end she is arrested by Cornfed for gouging soda machine prices (he was also pretty sure that dance ring stuff was illegal too.)
